Our largest oven measures 6.1m long, 2.5m wide and 3m high making our powder coating unit is amongst the largest in the region with colours and finishes to match your requirements.

Our recently upgraded facility provides the complete preparation, pre-treatment, powder coating and finishing facility.

Pre-Treatment
Report
Pre-Treatment, metal preparation or surface preparation is either chemical or mechanical treatment in order to provide a perfect finish to powder coated items. This could be either abrasive scratch brushing or blasting. This erases both impurities and improves the surface by removing scratches or irregularities.
Powder Coating

Our powder coating service can be applied or without a zinc rich primer, capable of coating large items up to 6m x 2.8m x 2.5m. The coated finish is suitable for indoor applications, industrial purposes and outdoor locations including gates, fencing and balustrading.
