Staff very nice but we were given chicken which was frozen inside. My desert was forgotten and when its arrived its appeared that ice cream was really very poor quality. I will go again for coffee/ tea but not for a meal/ desert. Price also to high. But staff very nice and view was lovely.

Had the Eliz suite with perfect view of the ocean and to do a bit of people watching. Very nice room and wonderful staff. Planning to return.

Very clean hotel with sanitizers in all areas. Amazing staff, helpful, friendly and polite. Excellent Boxing Day lunch, great choice, quality and quantity. Bedrooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Just spent the week here while working in the area and can't praise enough. All staff were friendly, courteous and very professional, nothing was too much trouble. Food was exquisite and excellent value, myself and my work partner ended up eating here every night. So, a massive thank you to all, we were even humming Christmas tunes on the way back to Oxford tonight!

We attended a Marriage of two lovely ladies. We welcomed and shown our way through the hotel. The atmosphere was really relaxing. The service was in the library and was a comfortable size for the function and the portions were large. The beach is just over the promenade and makes for a romantic setting. Great place for a wedding or maybe a light bite and a beer or maybe even a cocktail or 2. Oh and the serving staff were friendly and bubbly just like the bucks fizz

Recent stay for a friend's anniversary party held in the Hatfield. Comfortable room with great sea view. Very attentive staff in attractive bar, restaurant area, again with great sea views and a lovely terrace (pity weather wasn't great!) Food was fantastic too! Thanks to all for a lovely stay.

Although booked in for 2 days hubby and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice room overlooking the sea. Could hear the tidal breakers so it did help us sleep. Breakfast good especially the Eggs Benedict. Staff extremely nice and helpful.
