Arrived today for 4 nights , first of all the welcome we got off hayley was incredible, nothing was any trouble for her , evening meal my husband said was the best he has ever had and believe me it must have been and I had to agree as mine was beautiful ,my husband had the steak pie and I had the hunters chicken worth travelling from Manchester for the day just for that lol we are very very impressed with our first day and looking forward to our next 3 , we have had pub's and b@bs and I would have given anything to have someone like hayley x

Lovely hotel and bar. Friendly staff. Room comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished very clean with nice touches that included biscuits with tea facilities, bottled water, shower hat. Situated great for Ocean room gig. Overall EXCELLENT and will definitely visit again

Beautiful hotel very art deco! We had a premier room with a nice big bed! Bathroom to die for! Staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the hotel, but the beds were so soft I didn't sleep well. A good breakfast was included with the price and dinners in the restaurant were pretty good. This is where some of the movie Yesterday was filmed so that was fun. The poor beds really is the kicker for me

We popped into the Pier Hotel for lunch. Service was prompt and cheerful. The mushroom, garlic and herb soup was so flavoursome and delicious. It was only let down by the mediocre pre-sliced bread that was served up with it (which is why I didnt give 5 stars). Such a tasty soup deserved a rustic roll, or home made bread.
