Alistair arrived on the day and at the time he said he would for his first visit and was punctual for subsequent visits. He surveyed our property inside and out in order to ascertain the nature and cause of the problem we were having. At every step of the way he informed us about what he was doing and why and what the likely outcome of his actions would be. At all times he treated our property, and us, with respect. I am happy to say that the problem was resolved after 3 visits. If you want an effective, efficient service, delivered with a smile and at a reasonable price then I can recommend
