I've used Sayers Cars different times, especially for airport transfer in the early mornings and dropping my kids to school and pick them up. They've always been on time and reliable, and the booking is quick and easy. Prices seems to be fairly competitive as well. Thank you Sayers Cars.

Booked cab for airport pickup from Gatwick today and driver turned up 25 mins late. I was given no explanation or apology, assumed there may have been traffic but couldnt see any the whole route back. So pretty poor on the part of the firm. Also driver was taking calls whilst driving but didnt appear to have hands free, which left me weary throughout the journey. Also cost of trip advertised as 55 on website but I was charged 60 to cover cost of parking at airport. This was an unnecessary cost given I was already waiting outside arrivals as driver was late so really didnt need to

Utter shambles using their service. Very unprofessional throughout. I booked a cab with the manager in advance at their office and confirmed to him twice that I needed a cab to pick-up 8 passengers from Heathrow Terminal 3 to Forest Gate, east London. The driver turned up nearly 1 hour late with a cab to pick-up 7 passengers instead of 8, leaving us with no choice but to squeeze in . No explanation or apology was provided by the driver. He said that he didn't know anything and turned up with the cab to pick-up 7 passengers as instructed to him by the office. I was irate and called the office
