Despite clearly stating we are tourists, they didn't went in a mood because we got a taxi for a short journey. Wouldn't recommend unless you're from the area.

-5 STARS!! PLEASE AVOID!!!!! If I could I would give them -5 Stars!. The driver saw me and my family waiting and rudely drove passed us in spite of us waiving at him to stop. He refused to put our cabin luggages (6) in his boot and told us to hold them when the boot was completely free which we found strange.
what made it worse is that he very rudely demanded the money before we got to our house and refused to start the engine until we paid him on the spot!!! Once we were made to pay him he started to drive off before we even properly shut the doors which he FOUND VERY DANGEROUS and he started

Arrived in Stratford from Wales visiti
ng family but needed to do shopping at Morrisons first. Used Google Maps to locate a taxi/Minicab and rand this firm. V polite answer. Said theyd be 5 mins but were only 2! Loaded case and 5 bags of heavy shopping into lovely big, clean car. Drove directly to the house and carried the bags to the front door. Lovely, polite driver. V impressed thank you!

I wish if I can give big zero to them, I don't even want to give zero to them, had a ride from Stratford Westfield to my home and controller said it will be 16.50 I said ok, but when I reached my place the driver charged me 17.50 I asked why? It says on your device its 16.50, you charging me 1 extra, he said it was too much traffic to reached your place that's why!! I said ok and straight away called their office and they contacted the driver and a big LIE came about, driver said I didn't had change on me that's why, driver is such a big Liar, he had a big bag of coin in him, I seen that

Poor service. Driver didn't bother getting out of his seat to help me load three suitcases into the vehicle. Plus there was a hidden charge for stopping at an ATM.

These guys are professional. They are quick, well priced, the cars are clean and the drivers are generally well-heeled and not dodgy like you can get with some firms. 100% recommend.
