Ordering and delivery was a breeze, however am slightly disappointed with product as expected the items to be larger; a large size tea light just fits inside but does not go fully down to the bottom of the night light holder.

I needed a quick birthday present and called Woodbridge Kitchen to check how long the delivery would take. Paul said that he would personally drop it off at royal mail as soon as I ordered it. It arrived by 11am the next morning and my friend absolutely loves it. Beautiful apron and amazing service!

Wanted a particular style of China mug for elderly parents-in-law. The Woodbridge Kitchen company had exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy and delivery swift. The parcel even contained a surprise little extra a strawberry biscuit cutter and signed thank you card, a lovely personal touch. Will be returning!

I live in the USA. My wife had a favorite mug that broke, and Woodbridge was one of the few UK sellers that had it in stock. I emailed the owners about the possibility of getting a couple mugs shipped to the USA, and they were incredibly helpful at every step of the way. I haven't experienced customer service this good since the days before the Internet. Great communication and excellent service all around. Woodbridge is fantastic and I will order from them again!
