Questions
What check-in and check-out times should I expect?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, with check-out required by 12:00 PM. Early arrivals and late departures can be accommodated when possible.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, we welcome dogs in designated rooms with no additional charges. Please inform us in advance about bringing pets.
Do you offer payment plans for event bookings?
We require a 50% deposit for wedding and event bookings, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Special arrangements can be discussed.
Is there food available for residents?
Yes, our restaurant serves breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and dinner from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM daily, with extended hours on weekends.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the hotel?
We provide two electric vehicle charging points for guest use, available on a first-come basis with standard electricity charges applied.

I really like mahon, 's Hotel very comfortable clean lovely atmosphere and nice staff very welcoming I enjoy coming here every time a am too visit my son and his wife and the grand kids

Went in to have a drink and it was warm and a good atmosphere. The staff were very nice and polite and helpful and service was very good

Hotel is great, quite clean. Great food with good portion and well presented. Unfortunately the service is really bad from reception to the bar and restaurant, not welcoming at all. Would be ideal if the staff were trained properly.

Fabulous experience yet again. We arrived on the first day of reopening and it was like it hadn't been closed at all. We were also the last guests to leave on the day it closed in October so it was great to be back. Great rooms food and service. Also great value. Highly recommended.
