Staying for a few days mid week, and I have to comment on the staff. Everyone of them was fantastic, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. We are used to the cruise ships, and the food here was every bit as good, if not better.

Had a lovely time at the Killyhevlin. Food was good. Hotel itself needs a little TLC. New sofas and decor would really refresh the place. Lovely views of the lake and the spa was lovely.
Was disappointed there's no where really to sit and have a drink other than the lobby or a corridor far away from the bar.

We were given fabulous seating to have a morning tea/coffee. Service was excellent. Also I have never tasted short bread as delicious! Just melted in my mouth
