It is a legal requirement that all vehicles older than three years have an MOT test each year (or for some vehicles at one year old). During the MOT test our professional team will carry out a series of checks to ensure that your vehicle meets road safety and environmental standards. Air Conditioning

Car manufacturers recommend your Air-Con system is recharged with gas and lubricant every 2 years. This is not part of routine vehicle servicing, so if your vehicle is more than 2 years old it's probably due for a recharge. Air-Con systems not fully recharged will be less effective and have to work harder putting more strain on the engine using more fuel.

Cambelts

Cambelts should always be changed at manufacturers recommended intervals. Failure to do so will usually result in serious and very costly engine damage. The cost of replacing a cambelt is a very small fraction of the cost of damage caused should it fail and cambelts rarely give you any warning before failure.
