After a very disappointing experience with a large High St agent, we moved to Robinsons. They uploaded our brochure online on a Friday, had lined up a viewing the following Wednesday, with a serious offer made on the Thursday. The end to end handling was so incredibly genuine and thorough that as first time sellers, we struggled to understand what all the bad press about the UK market was about. Booked to see a property, was initially accommodating and helpful over the phone. Estate agent was late arriving to the property and very casual in his manner when he did get there. Quite dismissive and rude in nature, then proceeded to whistle loudly whilst we looked around the house, this was not only hugely irritating but disrespectful and showed a lack of interest. Sarcastically answered questions about the property and told us a road is a road when asking about the volume of traffic nearby, a basic question youd expect an estate agent to be able to answer without flippancy.
