If there was 0 star or a boo button I would click on that. I have never come across such horrible customer service; rude staff and terrible attitude, unprofessional, and this all is beside poor quality product. I took a faulty product back to the shop to return and they denied. Of course this was after ping ponging me between two of their shops to speak with the manager; while there was no manager at all! If I could give zero stars then I would. I booked an appointment to have my eyelashes done by NE Beauty London which took nearly 4 hours. When I was asked to open my eyes, I couldn't. She had stuck my top lashes to my bottom lashes. So she had no choice but to try and remove them which resulted in her removing the majority of the lashes. When I finally was able to open my eyes and look in the mirror, my lashes looked like they needed an infill with hardly any on. Employee of the store decided to literally follow me and my friend around as if we were to not be trusted. I was going to buy several expensive hair products in that store but the employee was so annoying that I decided I was going elsewhere instead.
