I contacted Marion regarding my search for some birthday balloons for my daughters 3rd birthday, at the last moment of all moments to complete our specifically orange birthday party. Marion was exceptionally polite and welcomed myself and my daughter to purchase some orange balloons. I was plesantly surprised by the level and effort put into her balloon displays. With marvellous timing, Marion delivered a huge, lovely, surprise for my wife and me during a family Zoom call. We were celebrating our birthdays remotely, and our children and grandchildren had asked for a very funny and witty balloon structure, six feet tall and totally personalised. It made our day! I echo other comments in the speed of reply. Customer service and value for money. The balloons the Marion made for my little boy turning 9 were just perfect! Would highly recommend I love balloons! The quality of the balloons are brilliant, a huge selection to choose from and correspondence from the company as well as customer service was second to none. I had a few special requests and they were more than willing to accommodate. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.
