Questions
What safety measures do you implement for inflatables?
All our inflatables undergo PIPA accreditation checks and daily safety inspections. We secure structures with ground anchors and monitor weather conditions during operation.
Can I hire equipment for a charity event?
Yes, we support charitable causes with flexible pricing options. Our mega slides and inflatables are popular choices for fundraising events and village fetes.
Do you deliver outside Milton Keynes?
We serve London and surrounding areas. For locations beyond our standard service area, we require a minimum hire amount and prior arrangement.
What happens if it rains during my event?
Our marquees and inflatables are weather-resistant. We recommend booking our waterproof structures and can provide heaters for adverse conditions.
Are there age restrictions for adult inflatables?
Our adult-specific castles and slides have reinforced construction for users over 14 years old, with height walls exceeding 1.2m for safety.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead for peak seasons. Last-minute availability can be checked via our online booking system or phone contact.

We ordered a bouncy castle with a slide for my daughter's 3rd birthday party this weekend. The guy who set up and took the castle away was so lovely and it was actually the cleanest bouncy castle I've seen! Weve been to a few garden parties with bouncy castles and they were all a bit grubby and tired looking but this one with the under the sea theme was bright, colourful and loved by everyone! It was wonderful and we will defo be repeat customers! Thanks so much!

Ordered an adult bouncy castle for a BBQ this weekend and the whole experience has been brilliant. The online booking system made it really easy and the service was excellent. Gregg came and installed the castle and collected it the following day. Gregg was extremely professional and helpful and we would definitely be using them again. Thank you!
