Services
Laser Cutting
Our advanced TruLaser 1030 delivers high-precision, non-contact cutting for materials up to 20mm thick. Using nitrogen, compressed air, or oxygen assist gases, we achieve burr-free edges with minimal thermal stress. Offline programming optimises material use, while integrated etching adds QR codes or serial numbers for traceability. Ideal for rapid prototyping or high-volume production, this service ensures repeatability and cost-efficiency across stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel components.
CNC Punching
The TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 enables high-speed production of holes, slots, and forms at 600 strokes per minute. With 360-degree tool rotation and custom tooling, we handle repetitive features efficiently. Engraving and formed hinges are possible, alongside automated part ejection for large batches. Suitable for materials from 0.5mm to 6mm, including mild steel, aluminium, and galvanised sheets, this service balances speed and precision for cost-effective manufacturing.
Folding and Forming
Our four press brakes, including a 3-metre TruBend machine, handle complex folds up to 2000mm sheets. Offline programming and 3D simulation predict bend allowances, while joggle tooling ensures accuracy. Manual rollers create cylindrical or tapered shapes, complementing our range. This service supports intricate geometries and high-volume runs with consistent precision, adhering to tight tolerances for structural integrity.
Mechanical Assembly
From threaded inserts to full product assembly, we streamline supply chains with turnkey solutions. Hydraulic insertion machines ensure precise fastener fitting, while sub-assemblies reduce client logistics. Stocking standard components and sourcing bespoke parts, we handle testing, packaging, and direct shipping. This service minimises leadtimes and enhances efficiency for complex multi-part systems.
Welding
TIG, MIG, and gas welding services cater to functional and decorative applications. Skilled welders produce structurally sound joints for pressure vessels, security posts, and custom fabrications. Spot and stud welding options enhance assembly efficiency, while finishing processes like polishing ensure aesthetic consistency. Specialising in high-temperature alloys, this service meets demanding industry standards for durability and precision.
