Austwick Berry recently sold my Mum's home when she moved into care. I received excellent valuation advice and guidance on how to prepare the house for sale from the Austwick Berry team - they really know the Kesgrave market. We received an asking price offer for the flat within the first week of it being on the market and the Austwick Berry team managed the sale and interactions with our buyer really well. We cant thank Austwick Berry enough for assisting us during our move! They're very strong on local knowledge and provided a number of excellent opportunities. I was looking for a home to move in with specific specifications in a specific area (!) and Maria called me straight away when she spotted such property of my choice was available.
