AVOID! I bought a sample wedding dress that I needed cleaned prior to alterations for my wedding. They lost part of my dress! All my e-mails trying to rectify the situation were ignored. My seamstress had to make the missing parts. Would not recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs. After waiting 3 weeks for my wedding dress to be returned and sending numerous emails which are being ignored. Finally got through on the phone to be told it was a fault in IT and they would check the progress of my dress and would call me back. 5 days later and still no further forward. Emails are still being ignored and phone lines are not being answered
