What areas do you deliver flowers to?

We deliver throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas including Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire, and Clydebank. For locations outside Glasgow, we can arrange courier service for select designs.

Can I order flowers for Sunday delivery?

Yes, we offer Sunday deliveries but require orders by 4pm on Saturday. Please call us directly at +44 141 423 9994 to arrange Sunday deliveries.

How fresh are your flowers?

We source fresh flowers weekly from Dutch suppliers and maintain strict quality control. Our florists create arrangements using the freshest available blooms to ensure lasting beauty.

Do you offer custom floral designs?

Yes, we specialise in bespoke arrangements tailored to your preferences. Our experienced florists work with you to create unique designs for weddings, events, and special occasions.

What payment methods do you accept?

My wife and I buried our daughter who suddenly passed away from Lupus. The staff at Floral Have helped us with all the details of her funeral with amazing compassion and kindness. Steve Taylor gently helped us plan each detail. We were never rushed nor pushed to do anything that we didn't feel right about. Some things had to be changed and Steve immediately took charge and made all the necessary arrangements seamlessly. He has been given a special gift from the Lord and he uses it with all excellence. I'm pretty sure this plot is considered a "Premium " location seeing how there are only 4 of them here. But the maintenance is below what run of the mill plots receive regularly. The day we arrived to slide my aunts casket inside we had to walk through MUD. This lack of maintenance was brought to their attention several times. Letters missing off my grandparents names and dates too.
Whomever is in charge of the maintenance here is NOT UP TO THE TASK.
MANAGEMENT ISN'T EITHER. I received a call recently and was told the issue with the mud was corrected, they put sod in front. I visited the other

We had an exceptional experience with Floral Haven. We especially want to thank Sandi, Sahara, and Steve for working with us and making the process as easy as possible while we were grieving. They are extremely transparent, and made sure everything worked out so that we could give the best we could for our mom. My family and I feel extremely at peace knowing that my mom is in good hands here. We cannot thank Floral Haven and its staff enough (especially Sandi, Sahara, and Steve) for everything you have done for our family during this difficult time.

This place is AWFUL and the staff is disgusting with no compassion whatsoever. They have obviously not lost any loved ones to treat others like they did. My family of many drove from Alabama, Louisiana, Ohio and other states to say our last goodbyes to our beloved nephew, grandson, & cousin only to leave hurt by this place & their staff mishandling & just don't care attitude. My 10 year old could have organized things better than these people. Most of our family had to sit out in the lobby & strain to see and hear because they did not reserve space for family. When my mother passed away the first place I stopped on the way home from the hospital was Floral Haven. I knew I'd be taken care of one way or another and I was right. Steve and Trish were fantastic and helped me thru my grief. I don't have much family and they made me feel like I wasn't alone. Trish even gave me her personal number and told me to contact her anytime, day or night and I'll never forget that. Ever. She's a special lady. Thank you to everyone and God bless you all.

Terrible experience with floral haven. The whole service was very disorganized. My mother asked where the family room was before the funeral and the funeral director snapped at her and told her their wasnt one. When we went to sit with the rest of our family at the front row, we were told the seats were reserved. My 90 year old grandmother was forced to move 3 times. The staff were not caring at all. They were treating us with no respect. I have been to quite a few funerals and floral haven was the most disorganized, disrespectful service I had ever seen.
