Normally very good but had issues this time around. Have 2 cars and everything is normally without issue.
Booked car 1 in for service and MOT as I normally do this time of year. I asked for an early slot as I was relying on this car to take my daughter out in the afternoon as the other half had car 2.
Dropped the car off first thing and hoped to hear something by noon - car hadn't even been MOT'd yet (they said it was booked for 11:30) which isn't early. Finally told me it failed at 1 and they wanted to start the service. Why service a 10 year old car that failed the MOT?

I had all sort of problems, charged wrong tyres, had to request security nuts back and the recommended tyres had structural failure. Dangerous.

Charged for MOT even though it failed and they offer no pass, no fee. When I questioned it , I was told that it had has now passed after 600 worth of work. I said "so you've done a 2nd MOT?" and he said "no, they only do one". I was then told I was "looking into it too much". How can it fail and then pass 1 MOT? Plus my tracking was well off even after paying to have it done. Won't be using this garage or any of there other locations again.
