Professional, very friendly, always made time, mortgage secured! We spoke to Gavin quite early on before we had a particular property in mind. Gavin took us through the process, our affordability and mortgage options which really gave us peace of mind and confidence in finding a property to place an offer on. Time was always made for us when we had questions, and everything was explained professionally and openly.
