The Company was formed following the merger of the practices of Alistair Davidson and Mark Stant. Alistair formed his business, AH Davidson & Co, in 1985 and served the Warrington and North West business community for over 25 years. Today Mark heads up the Practice as in 1985 he was only just beginning his working life as a trainee accountant in a big four accountancy practice in London.
