Piano Tuning
Our precision piano tuning service restores optimal sound quality through meticulous string adjustment and pitch calibration. Using advanced tuning techniques, we ensure perfect harmonic balance across all registers. Each session includes a comprehensive instrument health check to identify potential maintenance needs. Our technicians employ both traditional aural methods and modern tuning devices to achieve concert-standard accuracy, with specialisation in both upright and grand piano mechanisms.
Piano Restoration
We specialise in comprehensive piano restoration projects ranging from minor cosmetic repairs to full mechanical overhauls. Our workshop capabilities include soundboard replacement, action component rebuilding, and case refinishing. Each restoration follows a detailed assessment process to determine required interventions while preserving original instrument characteristics. We utilise premium replacement parts and traditional craftsmanship techniques to revive both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Piano Removals
Our specialist piano moving service ensures safe transportation of all piano types across London. Using purpose-built equipment and protective packaging, we handle complex moves involving narrow staircases and tight access points. The service includes pre-move risk assessment, climate-controlled vehicles, and post-delivery tuning recommendations. Our team's extensive experience minimises physical stress on instruments during relocation.
Piano Repairs
We address all mechanical and structural piano issues through comprehensive repair services. From sticky keys and broken strings to pedal mechanism faults, our technicians diagnose and resolve problems using industry-standard techniques. Emergency repair options are available for urgent cases, with on-site diagnostics and transparent cost estimates provided before commencing work. Regular maintenance prevents minor issues escalating into major repairs.
Piano Servicing
Our preventative maintenance packages maintain optimal piano performance through regular servicing intervals. This includes action regulation, humidity control system checks, and mechanical component lubrication. We provide tailored servicing schedules based on instrument usage patterns and environmental conditions. Comprehensive service reports document work performed and recommend future maintenance requirements.

Great service and value, from the booking to the work done on the day of tuning. I took the TLC package to tune my piano which included maintenance for anything that could be done on the day with no additional parts. Very happy and will book again.
