We will work with you to meet your deadlines as much as possible. At eg.law we do not aspire to be a volume conveyancer. Workload is limited to ensure the best service at a competitive price for all of our clients.

The founder and owner of eg.law is Debbie Everett. Debbie is a qualified CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner and Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. With over 20 years in local law firms, she has the knowledge and confidence to deliver a high standard transaction at a reasonable price.
Cost of Conveyancing

Land Registration Fee - this will depend on the price of the property you are purchasing - 40-550. We have an agreement with certain local estate agents to pay them a referral fee if they refer a client to us. This will clearly be shown in your initial letter and we guarantee that the price you pay is not inflated to take this in to account.
