Our aim at Swain Taekwon-do is to create champions in life, for life by sharing high-quality ITF Taekwon-Do to all. Based at Testwood Sports College, Little PUMAs is a way of teaching 4-7 year olds using martial arts as a training platform. The Little PUMAs syllabus prepares a child mentally as well as physically. Mr Swain and Miss Mohan-Singh were both involved in the AETF European E-Tournament earlier this year. Find out what they got up to here.

Mr and Mrs Swain are both International Taekwon-Do competitors and aspire to share the martial art they love - what better way than by teaching it! All our instructors are fully qualified, have Martial Arts Instructor insurance and undergo regular DBS checks, First Aid and Child Safeguarding courses.
PUMA Schools

Our schools are part of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts (PUMA), a national organisation with over a hundred schools and thousands of members around the country. PUMA instructors have extremely high standards and a huge amount of experience in teaching Taekwon-do and kickboxing to all ages and experience levels, from our 4-year-old Little PUMA's to elite international competitors.

The Professional Unification of Martial Arts takes its duty of care to junior students very seriously. P.U.M.A. has a dedicated children's syllabus, a comprehensive Safeguarding Code of Conduct and has appointed a Safeguarding Designated Lead and Safeguarding Team. The current DSL is Ms Louise Reeve IV Degree Black Belt and School Owner.

Little PUMA's is a way of teaching 4-7 year olds using martial arts as a training platform. Taught by Mrs Swain, 5th Degree, our classes are held at Testwood Sports College. My son really enjoys training here and has received so much support, guidance and kindness from the Swain family & other students.
