Firstly, we would like to welcome you to the Southern England Karate Federation. We have many well established karate clubs throughout Hampshire and Dorset, in various sports centres and primary schools including Lymington, New Milton, Ringwood, Bournemouth and Poole. The SEKF was established in 1992 and is affiliated to the English Karate Federation (EKF), British Karate Federation (BKF) & World Karate Federation (WKF).

The Southern England Karate Federation runs various karate clubs for both adults and children throughout Dorset and the New Forest, in addition we teach in many of the local Primary schools. At the SEKF, developing the children's life skills through karate in a safe environment is our top priority.

All Karate training and courses dates for 2021 Sun- 5th Sept - Instructor/Mentor course - Invite only! Sun 12th Sept - Squad Session Squad members. This special Saturday grading course is aimed at learning the new kata for your next belt (tag) and is important preperation for the forthcoming grading in December.
