I have always had a great experience when I have had treatments done at silky smooth. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Love this Salon. i had some difficulty finding somewhere to do eyebrows and eyelashes after moving to ealing and had some horrible experiences (we all know how important eyebrows are) but the ladies here have done an amazing job fixing my eyebrows. i have seen 3 different therapists here and they all have been great (and all gave the same advice on how to fix/shape my eyebrows) which just shows they know what they are doing. Their online booking service is so helpful too as i can be quite busy with work. I have recommended to a few people and they love it. A godsend for your brows!

I have been using this salon for almost 10 years. I've had a range of treatments from HD brows to peels and massages and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are friendly and always happy to advise on your skincare routine without trying to sell their latest products. Their customer service and treatments are second to none.
