First class service at the Edinburgh branch, Peter was 100% professional in every aspect. He took the time to explain to us how the Towbar worked and how to fit and secure the cycle carrier. Would highly recommend anyone to visit Buchans if they need either a towbar or a cycle carrier to pay these guys a visit.

Brilliant service. I had been let down by my main dealer as parts to fit a Tow Bar had been delayed on the Evergiven in the Suez Canal. Grant at Buchans seems to have contacts that find the parts others cannot, and gave me a good price and an early fitting date. The Tow Bar was fitted in under 3 hours, demonstrated and works perfectly. I'm particularity pleased that when detached, everything disappears. And a lifetime guarantee! Go there, you will not be disappointed.
