The indoor area provides a homely environment to allow the children to express themselves through a variety of activities, as well as stimulating toys to encourage children to have a go, explore and get involved. Outdoor play allows the children to explore our environment. Activities outside can be messier and on a larger scale allowing the children to develop throughout all areas of the EYFS.
Art and craft activities allow the children to be imaginative and investigate using all their senses as well as being creative, most of all it allows the children to have fun whilst learning.

Docklands Day Nursery Limited is a start-up, mid-sized child-care business. We offer all-day care for under-fives whilst their parents are engaged with other responsibilities. Docklands Day Nursery caters for full or part time care according to the parents' needs, and provides play and educational opportunities as well as basic care of the child.

We encourage the physical development of the children through the provision of opportunities that enables them to improve their skills of co-ordination, control, manipulation and movement. We support them in using all of their senses to learn about the world around them and to make connections between new information and what they already know.
