Services
Childcare Services
Our day nursery provides full-time and part-time childcare for children aged 9 months and over. Following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, we combine structured learning with free play in bright, well-ventilated rooms and outdoor spaces. Daily activities develop language, physical coordination, and social skills while fostering individual confidence through tailored support from dedicated key persons.
Early Years Curriculum
We implement the statutory EYFS framework covering seven key areas: communication, physical development, personal growth, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and creative arts. Through carefully planned activities, children build foundational skills at their own pace while developing curiosity and problem-solving abilities in a stimulating environment that prepares them for future education.
Outdoor Play Zones
Our spacious garden features designated zones for safe outdoor exploration including a mud kitchen, climbing pyramid, track circuit, and planting area. These interactive spaces encourage physical development, teamwork, and sensory learning through nature-based play. Children access these zones daily to support motor skills, creativity, and environmental awareness within secure, age-appropriate settings.
Funded Childcare
We offer 15 and 30 hours of government-funded childcare weekly for eligible children aged 9 months and over. Our fees align with local and national guidelines, with annual reviews providing parents ample notice of any changes. This accessible option ensures quality early education remains affordable while meeting statutory requirements for staff-to-child ratios and safety standards.
Settling-In Sessions
To ease children into nursery life, we provide up to five complimentary settling-in sessions before their official start date. These gradually increasing-duration visits allow families to familiarise themselves with caregivers and routines. Key persons conduct pre-session consultations to understand each childs preferences, ensuring a personalised transition that minimises anxiety and builds trust in our care environment.
