We offer eight guest rooms including four en-suite doubles, a family room, and a single room. Each room includes breakfast, bottled water, and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms accommodate single occupancy, couples, or families seeking convenient Snowdonia access.
Evening Meals
Two-course roast dinners feature locally sourced Welsh lamb and vegetarian options. Evening meals served between 6-7pm with advance booking. Our restaurant seats up to 20 guests for private family gatherings or small groups exploring North Wales.
Parking
Secure tarmac parking available for cars at the propertys front. Motorbike riders benefit from protected rear parking. Parking included free with guest reservations, supporting easy access to Llanberis attractions and Snowdonian trails.
Laundry
Utility room contains washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Guests may use machines for drying hiking gear and clothing at a nominal charge. Facilities complement our location adjacent to Snowdon Mountain Railway and Llanberis Path.

Jane works closely with Trevor to maintain standards while connecting guests with local history and attractions in line with the guest houses century-old tradition.

What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in between 4pm-8pm; check-out by 10am. Late options available for £10 until 11pm or until 1pm.
Are meals included during stays?
Breakfast is included. Evening meals and packed lunches available with advance booking at additional cost.
Is parking available at the guest house?
Yes, we provide free secure tarmac parking for cars and protected motorcycle parking.

Jane and Trevor went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. So friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious and we were provided with everything we needed...endless supplies of biscuits and bottled water replenished daily. Breakfast was without doubt the best we have ever had after many years staying in different B and Bs

This is definitely the place to stay at if youre planning on climbing Snowdon! (Or even if youre just planning a weekend away) The hosts were very very welcoming and friendly. I felt like I was right at home! Also the breakfast is the best Ive ever had (make sure you try the pancakes!!) and the whole place was very tidy, clean and really cosy. Thank you again for the great customer service! I honestly didnt want to leave the place!

A fantastic location in a beautiful part of the world. A warm welcome and great service throughout my stay. The property is maintained well and is always clean. The breakfast was awesome, too! Have already booked another stay!

Location perfect for the Llanberis path for the Snowdon climb which is the main reason we stayed. Owners very welcoming, lovely rooms delicious breakfast looking forward to returning.
