Lovely place good variety once chef starts will be main meals available only soup sandwiches & chips but have a nice kid menu and play area is brilliant for kids

It's the new cafe we visited just behind..what a beautiful place ,outstanding view for cafe,service got class ,food small variety yet very very nice ..even have a wee shop if wish to take home there local supplies ..Just a great place to relax too thumbs up from us!

Amazing cottage with breathtaking views. Cow and sheep at the door step (behind a fence). Parking. Cottage spacious and spotless, lovely decor and quiet. TV channels for all, fast Internet. Welcoming picnic basket, essentials (milk, bread) in the fridge. Absolutely perfect!

It's actually really very hard to know where to start a review for Highland Farm Cottages, as every aspect of our stay was great.
Leslie & Kenneth are both lovely people and their kids are sound too! I think the highlights are though that the cottages are really nicely decorated and equipped, as well as being environmentally conscious; wood chip boilers, solar panels, electric car charging point etc. If you're looking to spend time away from hustle and bustle, go here - it's perfect! :-)
