Do not go here for your visa applications. Period.
Edit: I am not on the client list with this name. I got my PR application done from BGS a while ago, so this is not a fake review.
Turnaround time for queries was always the problem. Calls were not responded to. Didn't find the service to be professional from Mr. Pragnesh Patel. Avoid going here, if you can.
