We specialise in Laser cutting & Engraving, Product Development, Sheet Timber Cutting and helping to make your dreams become a reality. The Natural Workshop was set up in 2013 by Michelle in our garage. Child care was expensive and we needed a way for her to earn a wage whilst still being able to help raise our children.
We work hard to have the right work life balance between running a small business and being there for our children. It can be hard work but we love it. Timber Cutting Service

We offer a bespoke sheet timber cutting service for the UK and in particular East Anglia. We are happy to send timber all over the UK so don't feel that if your not close to us then we don't want to know. A couple of our larger clients are based on the other side of the country! We keep the following in stock but can always source something specific for you.
Tech and Artist Sketch Boards

These lightweight, sturdy wooden drawing boards are perfect for the budding artist or technical designer. The boards are offered in two designs. Tech Boards - The drawing board has slightly rounded edges and nearly square corners (see listing for details) which ensure that they are comfortable and easy to hold / grip.
Pottery Batts
Report
We offer Pottery throwing batts in a variety of sizes, with pin holes and without and in a selection of materials. MR MDF (Moisture Resistant), Premium (Exterior grade) MDF, Birch Plywood and Marine Grade Plywood. Our batts are set up for 10mm holes with a 10 or 254mm centre spacing, these should work well with the Shimpo type wheel heads.
Pyrography & Craft Supplies

High quality Birch plywood pyrography blanks and craft supplies. Perfect for not only pyrography or laser engraving but also scroll saw work, decoupage, crafts and crafting. Create fantastic pieces of art using our high quality pyrography blanks. Everything we make is cut and hand finished in our workshop so we can custom make these to your specs.
Reenactors wooden shield

What made us start making shields you might ask? Four years ago a client came to us and asked if we could make them a curved shield, we went away, built a press and voila, we now make shields! Our curved shields are 12mm thick and made using Birch plywood. We glue, laminate and cold press the plywood.
