Thank you for resolving the issue we had with some aggregate left on our drive post job. We are delighted with the artificial grass work, as previously mentioned. The on-site team were excellent, polite and courteous.
Gemma, at customer services, has pulled out all the stops to help us with the removal of the aggregate. Despite the aftercare issues, we would definitely recommend.

I have recently bought artificial grass, my brother is putting the grass down. The issue is with customer services. We were miss sold the foam backing. Eventually they agreed to a refund. They have collected the product we have phoned three times now to get the money back each time there has been an excuse. If you have agreed and collected the… product then I do not see what the issue is. We spent over a £1000. We would really appreciate somebody contacting us and getting this sorted. I should not have to be leaving a review just to get a refund.

I would not recommend the Trulawn Harmony grass range. The plastic backing frays and produces frayed cotton looking blades within the grass, many of which are loose. A lot of the blades almost look like a snagged blanket. This is not acceptable given this is their most expensive range of grass and the number 1 aim is to replicate the real thing.… Maybe the grass I received is faulty and suffers from this more but Trulawn are not interested in any sort of refund for a very poor quality product. Other grass ranges are probably fine, just stay away from the harmony one.

They recently put down the artificial lawn on our terrace in our rented flat in Grayshott. They did an amazing job even with the social distancing measures in place at the moment. The lawn looks amazing and the process was speedy and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
