Die Casting
We specialise in high-pressure aluminium die casting using LM6 and LM24 alloys. Our four advanced machines, including Buhler H400B units and a Frech 350-40 cell, produce precision components for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. The process ensures dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish.
CNC Machining
Our state-of-the-art CNC machining centre houses five HAAS VF-2SS machines and two Fanuc Robodrills with Renishaw probing. This enables high-speed, high-precision manufacturing of complex geometries with tolerances down to 2 microns, supporting prototyping and large-scale production.
Powder Coating
We offer comprehensive powder coating solutions for components of all sizes. Our facilities include a 3m cartridge spray booth and recirculating gas oven, providing durable, environmentally friendly finishes in a wide range of RAL and BS colours for industrial and commercial applications.
Toolmaking
Our in-house toolroom utilises CAD/CAM software to design and manufacture custom tooling. Capabilities include spark erosion, 4th-axis machining, and maintenance of existing tools, ensuring rapid prototyping and cost-effective production of complex components.
Quality Testing
We maintain ISO 9001-certified quality control with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), Renishaw OMP40-2 probes, and surface finish analysers. Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) ensure consistent compliance with international standards.
