Absolutely lovely stay, new owners are so friendly and welcoming. The room itself was a good size and really cosy, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Nice quiet location close to beautiful hereford centre.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting and dust everywhere, hair ony bedding. There was no room service, towels not replaced, owner showed no empathy. I asked for another room, informed none available. I did not stay the duration. This place is an environmental problem. I could go on. AVOID!
