Popped in for lunch and had a lovely meal. The risotto was really tasty and my partner had the venison pie which was also well presented and tasted great!

Excellent staff, service was attentive but in your face. The food and cakes were outstanding and we tried some new teas which was fun. We would highly recommend the afternoon tea and be using the Angel Hotel more in 2022 (covid19 permitting)

Hotel accommodation and facilities were fantastic; however, as a guest we didn't feel welcomed, it was as if there was more focus on dinner bookings than residents. Breakfast was very good, once we had been served...

The prosecco afternoon high tea at The Angel Hotel is second to none in my opinion. The sandwiches, cakes, pastries and scones were delicious as always and so much variety. The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Needless to say we will be returning.
