The agent dealing with my policy (David Gaskell) provided a really excellent service that really gave me confidence in the policy I was buying, as this was the first holiday let I have bought so I had a lot of unknowns. I thought this level of personal service was a thing of the past!

Schofields offer excellent value insurance for Holiday rentals, I had one of mine covered by them last year and the other with Intasure. The Schofield policy paid out for all of the lost revenue due to Covid and although much more expensive the Intasure policy paid us nothing. Also the renewal cost of the Intasure policy was nearly double that of Schofields! Needless to say both of our holiday rental houses are now with Schofields!
