Delayed review following visit on 03-02-21
I had been let down by so many of the 'no job too small' plumbers in the past so put a post on nextdoor [neighbour] (the app) and Alex happen to comment stating that he could pop round the following day. I was extremely pessimistic about this as this has happened several times before where a plumber/electrician/fencer/carpet fitter 'pops round' and never returns to complete the work.
Alex, however, turned up on time and with all the items he may need based on the (really bad) description I gave of what needed doing. He was COVID-conscious and wore
