I have just completed the sale of my property in London with the support of Mark and Michelle from Advantage Property Lawyers. It has been a challenging process, but Mark and the team have been responsive throughout and always been there to answer my questions and keep pushing things along! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Avoid at all costs.
1. Poor communication/do not respond - Regularly have to ring the main office for updates on our purchase. Met with unprofessional or rude staff who give incorrect information - when ringing back and speaking to someone else we are then given conflicting information. Receive a different story of what's being actioned each time we ring. Have requested call backs from the solicitor on multiple occasions and have never received a call. Emails sent to follow up on previous actions with no response.
2. Requests for information to be re-sent and long delays in reviewing uploaded

APL were assigned as a panel solicitors by our mortgage broker. We have had three teams dealing with our purchase (s) over the course of 11 months. If we were writing this review based on our dealings with the first two teams, it would not be positive.
Fateha and her team took over our case half way through. Since this, our experience has been very positve. Fateha has been both diligent and approachable and has gone to great lengths to help us over what has sometimes been a stressful purchase. Thank you very much Fateha and Fiona, we really appreciate it!

I was selling my mother and fathers house under my Power Of Attorney status so it felt extra stressful however I need not have worried as I was kept up to date at every stage of the sale and if I needed to contact the office I was always given good friendly advice on anything I needed to know . I needed to visit the office on one occasion and was dealt with in a professional manner during these Covid times . Would recommend APL to other home buyers/ sellers with no hesitation.

One of the worst experiences ever working with this law firm. They don't respond to emails or calls. We are in the last stages of purchase of our new home and can't get in touch with them after numerous emails and calls. After reading some of the other reviews it seems its not all the lawyers at AP. We have been working with Shannon OMalley and she has been extremely unprofessional.
Having worked with other lawyers in the past this has been by far the worst experience. Avoid at all cost considering they are not much cheaper than other lawyers you can find based in London.

We were referred to APL by our Estate Agent Purple Bricks. I had to say I had some reservations after a family member had told me of a bad experience with a differnet firm that had been recommended by Purple Bricks, but I needn't have worried. For my experience, APL were excellent. I found the secure docs site easy to use, they were very responsive to emails, but even more suprising was that when I called the telephone number I was straight through to Sharon Robinson who was handling our case. Despite the pressures of a stamp duty deadline no doubt impacting all of her conveyancing, Sharon was
