If I could award this firm -5* I would. Grossly incompetent, you never get the same person dealing with your house purchase twice, they lose documents emailed to them, they change their minds on what identification documents are acceptable. All in all a very poor firm not recommended at all.

Sale of property took 7 and a half weeks from offer to completion. Stonebow were great, helpful, quick to respond and the online case tracker and ability to upload documents are fantastic. Will be using them again and have recommended to friends and family.

If I could give 0 I would, not only are the solicitors incompetent but they are unhelpful and rude. I have never had a positive dealing with these solicitors or heard of any positive dealings with them.

Destroyed documents with a 'leak'. Did not follow up questions to vendor solicitor, dragged sale on for 4 months. The girl I felt with left why??? Would not reduce bill !!! I pulled out of purchase, just started feeling wrong.
