Very poor service from Roadrunners, taxi late by 1hr meaning we stood in rain and cold with tired kids outside of Gatwick. How the events unfolded?
1. The taxi was showing on our app as 3mins away
2. next taxi was showing as couldn't find us
3. we called the office to be told that the taxi left gatwick as couldn't find us despite us standing outside of Sofitel (where we were told to be) and beibg the only family waiting there. The office said they have dispatched another taxi, 10 mins wait
4.after 10mins, we called again - advised another 10 mins
5. after that time, we called again, they said

The first and last time I used their service. I booked a taxi for a given hour. I called them 10 min after the given hour because the driver did not arrive on time. They apologized and told me that the driver was doing another ride, but he would be coming with another 10 min of delay. I called them again after 30 min. They told me that the driver waited outside my home for 15 min and then left because no one got out. However, when I told them that I had a doorbell camera and could prove that he had not been outside, they did not say anything and sent another driver again. In the end, I lost 55

Never using Roadrunners again - a few weeks ago they left me waiting outside a hosptial for an hour after a procedure with no valid explanation as to why the driver was so ridiculously late. I though that if i made a booking at least 12 hrs prior they might on time last night, but today the driver arrived nearly 30 mins late ( not the drivers fault as he was only just assigned the job) - absolutely useless management on the controllers part, no text message notifications and when I called them to express my frustrations that yet again I would miss a work meeting they just hung up the phone - HOW

Guy on the phone was rude! Said there was an hour wait. Fine tried to go ahead and book anyways and then he just hung up on me! Honestly takes the Mick! I hope Uber put you out of business! I never hear anything good from this company anymore!
