I phoned up to ask for a taxi there was one being Sent to me but my friend said she was on her way to get me so I phoned up cancelled the taxi the radio bloke said to me its on its way I said but I want to cancel it. He then said to me very rudely you are now blocked from this company please do not call again I won't ever use this firm again even if I get an apology and get unblocked I would never reckonmend this firm to anyone I never used them before if this is how they speak to new customers then no thank you

you book with this company only if your want to be let down
despite being 25% more expensive then Sevenoaks Beeline, tthis company ignores customers
I booked cab for 4pm on their web site early this afternoon
when none arrived I called them just after 4pm only to be told that they are sending driver immediately
I went out and waited for 20 minutes, but no cab arrived
I phoned again and was told that, due to religious holidays, they had no drivers
I missed important appointment
no apology, just excuses
this is totally unacceptable

I have removed my honest review of the booking system at the request of the owners. Unfortunately I haven't been afforded the pleasure of riding with this company as I have been unable to pre-book a taxi with them. In the interest of balance I have awarded five stars.

Sal was fantastic - on time and a smart clean car. Also I would have missed my flight to Australia due to a massive traffic jam on the M25 had he not worked out a way to avoid it. Top Service!
