We offer an installation service should you require it on electric cookers and washing machines, please note we do not install gas appliances. Planet Appliance is a fully licensed and compliant domestic appliance refurbishment centre based in the West Midlands. Warranty Packages

All of our appliances come with 3 months parts & labour warranty as standard, this covers mechanical failure or breakdown, it does not cover customer misuse or accidental damage. Under our warranty terms, if you have collected your appliance from store, you will be required to return the item should a breakdown occur.
Delivery & Installation

We operate a delivery service within our local area. This service is offered to customers within a 10 mile radius of our store. We may still be able to offer delivery if you are outside this radius for an extra charge, please contact the office for a quote. We aim to have your order delivered the next day, once the order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to book a suitable delivery day & time.
