In 1979, John Henry Hansard made a generous donation to the University of Southampton to help realise its ambition of showing contemporary art at the University's Highfield Campus.

Learn through seeing, thinking, discussing and making. Supported by friendly Gallery Staff, visiting artists and speakers, our activities happen in the galleries, in our bespoke Active Space, and in the community.
