Stoke Gallery is a family run art & crafts shop nestled in Gosport on the UK's south coast. The gallery was born out of a dream to provide the owners cherished home town with a creative shop that could serve many needs. Our shop is home to the famous military silhouette artwork created by Andrew Wing, as well as a wide range of artwork, craft and hobby materials.

Our gallery and craft shop is a family run business nestled on Stoke Road in Gosport, Hampshire. The Gallery was established in 1981 by husband and wife Tony and Pat Wing, with a dream to provide their much loved home town with a 'one-stop' gallery and art shop. Stoke Gallery is the home of artist Andrew Wing's famous military silhouette prints, as well as original artwork by local artists.

Andy's famous military silhouette artwork is huge popular with buyers across the UK, and Neil's characteristic local scenery paintings bring nostalgia and joy to many on the south coast. Andy also produces beautiful original watercolour artwork and illustrations.

Raised in Gosport, Neil specialises in recreating unique, nostalgic local scenes using oil and acrylic paints. His paintings range from signed prints to large framed pieces of familiar scenes around Gosport and Portsmouth. His paintings on display at the Stoke Gallery range in price from 85 to 130 and come framed.

Andrew Wing was born in Gosport and specialises in military silhouette artwork, as well as watercolour paintings and illustrations. Once the gallery opened in 1981, Andy joined as resident artist after studying at Southampton Institute of Art. To purchase artwork, please contact the gallery or check on our Etsy site.

As well as displaying and selling artwork, the Stoke Gallery also stocks a huge range of high quality arts and crafts materials in-store (brands including Daler Rowney and Windsor & Newton), and also handmakes gifts and unique craft kits. The shop, at 175-177 Stoke Road in Alverstoke, offers buyers the opportunity to browse our collection; there's something for everyone!
