SOMERSALL PARK ROAD, CHESTERFIELD When we were appointed to this project in Somersall, Chesterfield our clients had the house up for sale and had been advised by their estate agents that a planning approval for further development to the house may help potential buyers to visualize the potential in the property.
New Build

Dunkeld Road in Sheffield Our clients had previously appointed an Architect in Sheffield for their project. They owned a large detached four bedroom house located on the corner of Dunkeld Road and Button Hill. With a large amount of land at their disposal between their home and the neighbouring property their aim was to extend.
Residential Developments

Housing Development on Locko Road, Lower Pilsley in Chesterfield Whilst the construction of this new housing development takes place on Locko Road, Chesterfield JCAD as project Architect are regularly involved in onsite meetings with the developer (Poplar Farm Developments Ltd) to review progress. We are always on hand to ensure that the construction process runs.
