The booking system is a mess. I have to call every day at 8.15 to see if there is any cancellations. I trie 2 days in a row and the line is busy. After 4 minutes I manage to talk to someone and she said there are all gone. This is not for me is for my son who has a broken tooth. I am very disappointed.

Threatened to take me off their system because I hadn't been in 2 years despite there being a pandemic. Had to battle with the receptionist to keep me on and give me an emergency appointment A MONTH away. Had to endure pain for that whole month taking painkillers every day which is not good for the liver. Sleepness nights and doctor said they can't prescribe anything its the dentists job. When I finally got to the appointment they said I need to take the tooth out. I went elsewhere for that because it would take forever and their implant costs are expensive. Made a check up appointment to check

The practice itself is very professional and clean. Every dentist I've seen give an outstanding service. There's always one rude, abrupt and unwelcoming receptionist though,alas! On my way out I saw a different lady who was extremely nice. Shame someone let's down the entire team.

If anyone is considering implants or any other dental treatment, I can 100% recommend Parmar Dental. I have received first class treatment from Nilesh Parmar, who puts you at ease immediately. Totally professional, but friendly and good natured. Any concerns I have had have been dealt with in a kind and reassuring way from Nilesh himself and the ladies on reception, Helen and Tonya. Nothing is too much trouble. I have also had treatment from Dr Ramesh Parmar who was also excellent. Quite simply, the best dental practice I have ever been to and at nearly 70 years old, I have been to quite a few
