Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and biomechanical analysis. We treat conditions like back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Treatment plans combine hands-on techniques with progressive exercise programs to restore mobility and prevent recurrence.
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates uses spring-loaded equipment to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture. The adjustable resistance accommodates all fitness levels while targeting deep stabilising muscles. Sessions focus on controlled movements that enhance joint stability and functional movement patterns for daily activities.
Sports Massage
Sports massage employs deep tissue techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance recovery. We use trigger point therapy and myofascial release to address specific areas of tightness, helping athletes and active individuals maintain optimal physical performance and reduce injury risk.
Injection Therapy
We offer cortisone and hyaluronic acid injections for joint pain management. These treatments reduce inflammation and improve lubrication in affected areas like knees and shoulders. Combined with exercise rehabilitation, injections help restore mobility and delay surgical interventions for osteoarthritis patients.
Running Assessments
Our running assessments analyse movement patterns using video analysis and biomechanical evaluation. We identify inefficiencies that contribute to injury and develop corrective exercise programs. This service helps runners improve performance while addressing common issues like shin splints and knee pain through targeted interventions.

Following a wrist fracture, Martin and his team examined me thoroughly and provided an in-depth, personalised work out regimen that aided my recovery. During the sessions Martin took the time to massage and manipulate the effected joint and made sure I was making progress. I believe his expertise shortened my recovery time dramatically and mean Im now back to 100 percent function.
