Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal, neurological, and women's health conditions using advanced manual techniques, acupuncture, and tailored exercise programmes. We treat sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation while providing neurological support for conditions like Parkinson's. Our Chartered Physiotherapists create individualised treatment plans combining hands-on therapy with home exercise programmes to restore mobility and function.
Pilates Classes
We offer APPI-certified Pilates instruction in group and 1:1 formats, focusing on core strength, posture improvement, and injury prevention. Our classes cater to all fitness levels with adaptations for neurological conditions, pregnancy, and post-natal recovery. Pilates complements physiotherapy by enhancing body awareness and functional movement patterns in a supportive environment.
Women's Health
Specialist women's health physiotherapy covers ante/post-natal care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, menopause management, and incontinence treatment. Our approach combines manual therapy with targeted exercise programmes to address pregnancy-related aches, post-natal recovery, and age-related pelvic health concerns using evidence-based, compassionate care.
Neurological Rehabilitation
We provide rehabilitation for neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and chronic pain syndromes. Our treatment combines manual therapy, movement re-education, and adaptive exercise to improve mobility and quality of life. We incorporate Pilates principles to enhance neuromuscular control and functional independence.
Personal Training
Our physio-led personal training sessions develop strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness while preventing injuries. We create progressive programmes based on initial movement assessments, integrating rehabilitation principles for clients recovering from injury. Sessions occur in our private studio with options for joint training to enhance motivation and shared goals.
